Job Description:

Inspected by Ofsted in September we've achieved a GOOD rating due to a great team of Practitioners. As we're growing fast we've moved buildings for even more space. We need to recruit experienced FULL -TIME level 3 Early Years Practitioners for our BABY ROOMS & TODDLERS for the 12-36 months age group

Our baby offering is 2 large baby rooms (3-12 months & (12-24 months) with baby sleep rooms and baby dining rooms. Toddlers enjoy 2 rooms and are 24-36 months. we need you to work across both rooms.

The Financial stuff:

• pay £15/hour - need your EY baby knowledge needs to be current

• weekly pay

• Working hours - various shifts available 36-44 hours per week- ideally 40 hours worked across 4 days

• 20 days paid holidays per year plus bank holidays (pro rata per days worked)

• Paid lunch break

• Free uniform/workwear

 

What we need from you?

· create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for babies aged 12 -24 months and Toddlers 24-36 months to explore & learn.

· effectively communicate with parents and other staff, fostering strong partnerships with families

· work with other nursery staff - qualified and Apprentices

· handle administrative tasks, including digital record-keeping

 

Qualifications/skills needed:

· Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· An outgoing, confident, positive person

The Care Company have supported and cared for Adults in the Stafford area for 12 years in their own homes and in nursing & care home settings. Our Ofsted regulated NURSERY setting opened in Stafford on the Beaconside Business Village in September 2024 to care for children in a day nursery/childcare centre from age 3 months up to 5 years.
