As an AGENCY CARE ASSISTANT for THE CARE COMPANY you will take pride in giving the best possible quality of care to residents living in a NURSING or RESIDENTIAL HOME setting within selected homes in STAFFORD, CANNOCK, TELFORD and the surrounding areas. Don't worry we place you to work near where you live!

We have now entered our 10th year of providing carers and nurses to homes. Some of our carers and nurses have worked for us throughout that time so we must be doing something right! We have a fantastic team with a great reputation

THE IMPORTANT BITS:

• Holiday Pay in addition to weekly pay (accrued at around £1.30/hour on hours actually worked)

YOUR WORKING DAY/NIGHT:
As an AGENCY carer you will carry out all duties required on a shift to assist residents with personal care, feeding, dressing and social activities. You will work the hours of the shifts for the relevant home (6 or 12 hours)

As an Agency worker

you need to be prepared that we can't always match your availability to work and you may not know from one week to the next what you are working

​

MUST HAVES:

​

• MUST be a driver with their own transport

• Be able to provide 2 references (1 being your most current/recent employer)

• Be confident with providing personal care, nutrition and general support work

• Be honest, reliable, punctual, a good communicator and willing to contribute quality services to those who need it.

• Double vaccinated against Covid
