This role involves driving from customer to customer so you MUST be able to drive and have a car.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

 

Your job is to provide support and care to our customers to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This may include -

  • Personal care (washing, showering etc.) and helping with dressing

  • Food preparation or cooking simple meals

  • Administering medication

  • Social support

 

YOUR WORKING DAY

  • Morning shifts typically start around 6.45am working until 1.30pm

  • Afternoon shifts start around 3.45pm until 9.30pm

 

FULL TIME

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

  • Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

 

You get every other weekend off so that you can plan your home life around your shift pattern.

Part time is a combination of the morning or evenings of this shift pattern.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A full driving license with an available car

  • Relevant car insurance when you start your role

  • A passion to provide quality care, be professional and have a sensitive manner

  • Be hard working and reliable, the people we support rely on you

  • Willing to train

  • Be able to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
