WE ARE RECRUITING & TRAINING CARERS TO WORK IN STAFFORD & SURROUNDS
Thank you for reading my advert. I’m Kay and the proud owner of the Company. I want to give you a feel for the type of company myself and team operate. I don’t want you to go on and read other adverts! Have a look at our stories on our website. You will see we have a small management team who have all previously been a carer or step into the role when needed.
WE PAY WEEKLY
We offer WEEKLY PAY – not many companies do!
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS
2020 has been a very uncertain and strange year for everyone. What we are certain about is that we need more carers and we are a friendly caring company to work for. All we can hope for is a better year in 2021.
If you’ve become recently unemployed or are worried about your future job security then why not consider a care role- we will train you. You will be working in people’s own homes and YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE between your care calls.
WE ARE RECRUITING & TRAINING CARERS EVERY WEEK ON SINGLE AND DOUBLE UP CARE RUNS. WE INTERVIEW ON A 121 BASIS IN A SEPARATE ROOM WITH MASKS.
Don’t worry if you have never cared for people before – WE WILL TRAIN YOU. Following induction classroom training in a group of 2 -3 (WEARING MASKS) you then shadow other carers before going out on shift. We also support you out in the field or over the phone.
You do need to be able to deal with personal care though as some of our customers need help with washing and toileting. Our customers vary in age and dependency, but your role is to encourage as much independence as possible in their own home. Please don’t be worried about Covid – we will show you how to wear the correct PPE which protects you. You will also undertake a weekly Covid test.
INTERVIEWS ARE HELD IN A SEPARATE MEETING ROOM FROM OTHER OFFICE STAFF AND OBSERVE 2 METRE SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES. CLASSSROOM TRAINING IS CONDUCTED WITH SMALL NUMBERS & COVERS COVID 19.
