If you’re successful in joining us we will pay you a welcome bonus of £200 - by APRIL 1st 2022

Thank you for reading my advert. I’m Kay the proud owner of The Care Company. I want to give you a feel for the type of friendly, caring company myself and small management team operate.

Full, Part time and flexible positions available providing you’re a driver and have your own transport

At The Care Company we offer care and Support to people in their own homes, where care can be provided but an individual’s needs and lifestyle can be enjoyed in the place they love the most ‘home’.

Our carers work to meet the individual needs of our customers, support them with day to day living needs such as personal care, medication, nutrition and social needs. Our carers encourage independence whilst retaining a duty of care. You will be providing care and support to adults (over 18) living in their own home ensuring that The Care Company’s high standards and care values are upheld.

There really is no such thing as a typical day at work. As well as being a caring person you will need to be friendly and enthusiastic and be willing to go that extra mile.

We are an established home care provider covering Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire since 2014 and hold a ‘GOOD’ rating with CQC – demonstrating that we are passionate about providing quality care services.
